This Dunkin is brand new and very clean. The odd thing about it is the limited selection of donuts. There was only 1 filled donut, jelly, the rest were all just frosted. Not sure why that was the case. they did have a cute peep donut. The donuts are your average dunkin donuts. The iced coffee with cookie dough is pretty good, though very uneven. When the stuff settles to the bottom it's great but then when mixed it, it's too weak. The hashbrowns are nice, flavorful and extremely fresh and hot :) The staff are wonderfully nice people, if you like dunkin, this place has great staff and is well worth your visit!

This Dunkin is one hot mess.... never had exceptional service from here and I've had TERRIBLE service from here. I would LOVE to love this location since its a drive-thru, but alas it is not convenient at all. I have been in and out of stores in a more timely fashion Let me explain to you my last visit here... Pull up and there is a truck in front of me. Seems to be taking forever so I am thinking, "OMG what is this guy ordering?" I roll down my window and I do not hear anything. Finally after 3 minutes or so, the guy zooms forward. So now its my turn, I can order like a boss at DD cause I know what I like. As I pull up..... no noise for about 30 seconds.. so I politely say "Hello?" I get back "I will be with you in a minute." I let two minutes pass and I go "hello?" again and she answers "oh yeah, I can take your order now." Order my two drinks and then get this... no freaking chocolate long johns. And the boston cremes we decide on are smaller than other locations, I swear. I have no idea what was taking so long.. there was not one customer inside. I should have kept the receipt and taken the survey online. I don't think we will be back.

I want to love this location, but they are inconsistent. I went through the drive thru and ordered their medium sugar cookie flavored iced coffee. Instead I got a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar...AND my hashbrowns were soggy and greasy. I now can justify going to Starbucks next door, because at least they get my order correct. Totally not the same. Dunkin Donuts in general advertises a lot of new flavors but the execution on the franchise level is extremely poor.

Probably the worst Dunkin Donuts on my route to work. This isn't to say they're terrible and you shouldn't stop in. Everyone is nice and they make yummy stuff. However, many things seem to take longer than they should. Half the time when I go there the Coolatte machine isn't working, and if it is they can't make it in time for the drive thru so they ask me to pull around and wait for it.

Terrible service.. Only one server and ignore customer in dining. Only take care of drive in customer. Order one menu and comes out different menu... Worst dunkin I ever had..

One of the worst Dunkin Donut experiences -- been here a couple of times- let the first dry donut go as an accident.. But the second time is no accident. Don't bother with this establishment if you care that the manager doesn't care about you but just the few bucks he gets.. The employee even tried to charge for a cup of water! They even told me it was it Corporate policy-- don't need any establishment that has penny pinching management willing to lie about stuff like that. So, probably less than 1 star- but Yelp only has 1 star at a time.. Can't stand a place that charges 25 cent for a lousy cup of water-- that's really low...

The first time I came here, I would not have written a 5 star review. The first time I showed up, I had an awful experience, which prompted me to fill out the survey that came on my receipt and give it very low marks. HOWEVER, I was extremely impressed that my feedback was taken seriously and the manager even called me to apologize. She offered to buy me breakfast the next time I was in. I went back with some trepidation, but the manager made good on her offer and addressed the issue with her staff. Every time I go in now (which is usually a few times a week), I get wonderful customer service! The cashiers are friendly and personable. Plus, the food is quick and tasty.
